SkyMiles for Business is Delta Air Lines' free-to-join loyalty program designed for small and medium-sized enterprises in the U.S. and Canada, making business travel more rewarding. The program offers administrative tools for easily tracking travel expenses and provides an intuitive digital experience to manage accounts efficiently. As businesses grow and reach Plus and Elite tiers, they can earn, use, and transfer miles that do not expire. This program allows businesses to earn up to 10 miles per US dollar spent on flights with Delta and its partners, including Air France, KLM, Virgin Atlantic, and Aeromexico. Plus and Elite Status members earn non-expiring miles for the business every time their travelers fly. These miles can be redeemed for various options, such as eCredits (dollars off flight spend), Delta Sky Club Individual Memberships, or SkyMiles Silver Medallion Status, or they can be transferred to travelers' individual SkyMiles accounts at no cost. The program includes three tiers—Member, Plus, and Elite—with qualification based on the number of business travelers and annual spending. For instance, the Plus tier requires 5 or more business travelers and $5,000 in annual spend, while the Elite tier requires 5 or more business travelers and $250,000 in annual spend, ensuring rewards and benefits scale with the business's travel volume.
